Sales Manager
About this position
As Sales Manager for Business Unit - Energy Separation in Indonesia, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities within the market and pursuing orders within your required area of responsibility.
Responsibilities
• Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval ENS Products, i.e. High Speed Separators, Decanters, Fresh Water Generators, Zero Liquid Discharge and Evaporation Systems.
• Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behavior and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets, by working closely with experienced sales or sales team leader.
• Look for and manage leads from the market and customers and convert them in real business opportunities in other to ensure the pipeline.
• Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings, and interactions to customers, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services.
• Develop value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up.
• Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.
• Drive business through channel management, channel growth, indirect channel.
Requirements
• Engineering Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Processing or similar).
• Experienced sales in the mining, pulp & paper, petrochemical, power, industrial waste treatment industries. Exposure to business development in cleantech applications e.g. zero liquid discharge, renewable fuel and chemicals, industrial waste treatment would be a plus.
