Service Coordinator
About this position
In this position, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating field service activities to ensure smooth progression of service jobs, while focusing on creating an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Receive and process customer orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate to relevant system (ERP)
• Coordinate with the sales team to verify product availability, lead times, and order details.
• Manage the full order-to-cash cycle, including order entry, invoicing, and follow-up on payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for all completed jobs, keeping track of pending payments
• Planning and daily management of service engineers work schedules.
• Manage engineers’ further actions/leads from service reports.
• Ensure that jobs are executed according to importance in close cooperation with Team Managers
• Ensure timely control of order backlog and credit queries.
• Administer Performance Agreements closely with service sales
• Monitoring validity of the service personal certificate, safety introduction course, vaccination.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth service operations
• Work with the logistics team to manage deliveries and ensure timely receipt of materials or parts required for service jobs
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 solid years of experience performing administrative duties required within a sales or service industry and working knowledge of ERP systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Able to multi-task, work independently, highly organized, results orientated and willing to work under pressure.
• Good team player with good communication skill.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with both internal and
