Regional Sales Director
About this position
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy for the Equipment Heat Exchanger business, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving business development activities to achieve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Strategically manage the Equipment GPHE and BFB business units to exceed sales and profitability targets.
• Develop the business by driving relevant sales and business development activities to get the customer Loyalty and satisfaction: Market Analysis, Pricing, Visits, Seminars and other initiatives.
• Lead a large team, spread across the region, fostering a culture of excellence and aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
• Drive our '4 ways to market' strategy, enhancing sales through key customer engagement and channel partnerships.
• Drive sales initiatives with key customers & channels within the SEA region.
• Sales forecasts & budgeting.
• Developing business plan and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with central business unit colleagues to synchronize strategies and initiatives, ensuring a unified approach to market challenges.
• Utilize strong leadership and business acumen to navigate the complexities of the SEA market, setting a benchmark for success.
• Ensure effective communication across a diverse, geographically spread team, maintaining cohesion and operational clarity.
