Project Engineer

Responsibilities
• Develop, communicate, and execute operational plans for project completion.
• Monitor progress, ensuring adherence to project plans, and proactively control costs to prevent deviations.
• Take decisive action to resolve operational issues promptly, minimizing delays in project timelines.
• Identify, develop, and procure necessary resources for project completion.
• Collaborate with other operational areas to secure specialized resources and contributions.
• Select and oversee activities of external contractors, ensuring seamless integration into the project and maintaining high standards of service.
• Supervise on-site project activities, participating in commissioning and start-up processes alongside internal or external service engineers.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 2 - 5 years’ project management experience in similar industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
