The Inside Sales Executive, Service Development role at Alfa Laval involves generating quotations for spare parts, supporting the sales team, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective collaboration and communication.
Responsibilities
• Support the in-country sales team in responding to Request for Quotations (RFQs) for spare parts.
• Take ownership of the quotation process, accelerating turnaround times to support sales success and drive customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the pricing team to implement effective pricing strategies for customers and interacting with Customer Support team.
• Actively liaise with the Customer Support team to monitor quotes conversion, ensuring the quote gets converted into order timely.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 solid years’ experience in fast-moving components or parts sales in related service industries.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Always seeking to understand the key stakeholders' business challenges and working it through collaboratively together.
• Ability to handle multi-tasking roles within the team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
