The Graduate Trainee position in the Food & Water Division at Alfa Laval offers a 12-month program with various assignments and projects, including a 3-month divisional rotation, aimed at providing a holistic engineering foundation for the graduate. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to secure permanent roles within the company in Thailand.
Responsibilities
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong willingness and ability to learn.
• A positive attitude and a growth mindset, as well as flexibility and creativity.
• Highly self-motivated team player with good analytical skills, creative thinking and results-driven.
• Ability to multi-task and good in problem solving.
