About this position

Aldagram Co., Ltd. is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for their SaaS project management application 'KANNA'. The ideal candidate will be responsible for direct sales, customer success, and support for overseas customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage in direct sales process including qualifying leads, recommending solutions, pricing, negotiation, and contract signing.
• Communicate customer requirements to engineering and product development teams.
• Close sales, set implementation timelines, and follow up on agreements.
• Meet and exceed quota targets for product and service sales.
• Represent the company at conferences, speaking events, and trade shows.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies, activate partners to generate leads.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 4 years focusing on large enterprise clients in Thailand and SEA.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Business English fluency and local native speaker in SEA region.
• Exceptional organizational skills working with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience in full sales cycles and working well in a team environment.
• Preferred experience in Project Management SaaS in construction/manufacturing industry.
