About this position

This role is responsible for establishing effective marketing strategies and action plans to achieve brand objectives via various strategic share of voice campaigns in Thailand and Singapore. Develop overall marketing operational capabilities in marketing team and ensure constructive work relationship with enabling function teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective marketing strategies and action plans for existing and new products
• Achievement of brand sales and marketing objectives in both units and value
• Develop product managers’ capabilities via customized coaching based on their needs
• Develop necessary marketing promotional materials to be ready for successful local implementation
• Lead SOV projects (CME, symposium, advisory boards, local and international congresses), to ensure optimum brand and Alcon presence, in accordance with budget and strategies
• Manage annual marketing A&P within budget to support marketing plan
• Closely work with regional and Int’l marketing organization to align with local marketing strategies and plans
• Develop and deepen effective business relationships with key customers and KOLs
• Execute regular field visits to gain insights on marketing strategies and tactics execution, customer feedbacks, market trends, and competitive updates, and timely report these to Surgical Cluster Franchise Head
• Actively lead strategic plan development and budget preparation, providing accurate and realistic forecast for sales and A&P costs in brand marketing, aligned with market trends and company strategies
• Keep up with administration tasks and support (marketing executions/FVR, PAF, GSFS, sales forecasts, Follow-up with marketing activities, PMP)
• Collaborate with all enabling function teams to drive business growth of surgical
• Ensure team compliance of company SOPs, vigilance reporting, code of conduct and local regulations
• Recruit, retain, motivate and develop associates, in accordance to their potential and developmental level, and seek opportunity to engage them in projects

Requirements

• Minimum: Bachelor degree
• Preferred: Medical Device related fields, Master degree (MBA)
• Minimum: 5+ years of Product Marketing management experience in Medical Device/ Pharmaceutical Company
• Preferred: 3+year experience in Marketing manager role in an International Medical Device/Pharmaceutical Company
• Proficiency in English (must)
