About this position

The QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of products through validation, testing, and handling customer complaints, while also liaising with customers and third-party assessors.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for validation / review/ development of test method, product specifications, work instructions and other quality related matter.
• Participates in the handling of non-conforming raw material, auxiliary materials and finished products.
• Handles customer complaints.
• Liase with customer and third party assessor as needed.
• Responsible for planning and establishing timely inspection and accurate testing of incoming raw materials, work in process and finished goods as per specified procedures.
• Advises Production regarding quality problems encountered.
• Monitors and maintains calibration records of QA measuring instruments.
• Perform related duties as may be assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related fields
• 5 years of relevant experience required
• ISO system experience
• Good command of English on listening, writing and speaking.
• Computer Skill (Microsoft office).
