About this position

The Production Supervisor will lead and oversee all production and operational activities in the Paints & Coatings production facility, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead all production and operational activities, supervising staff, organizing and monitoring work flow and ensuring company standards of efficiency and quality.
• Planning and coordinating work schedules, assignments and production processes to meet production goals.
• Manage plant manufacturing assets, driving improvement in costs, quality and productivity.
• Provide leadership for the successful in operation & manufacturing.
• Ensure & manage production to achieve key performance in yield ratio, productivity (kg/man-hrs).
• Provide estimated and actual production data (process flows, cycle times, capacity, etc.)
• Effectiveness long-term production plan to support multi – department.
• Contributes to successful product and volume reallocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in Production function with related industry. (Experience in Chemical plant is an advantage)
• Knowledge of production management.
• Knowledge of quality management systems.
• Knowledge of SAP systems.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
