About this position

AkzoNobel aims to be the top choice for customers by building a world-class, purpose-driven company. The Management Trainee program is designed for graduates to rapidly develop their skills and gain international experience within the Manufacturing Department.

Responsibilities

• You will be rotated across areas within your streams over the course of 18 months program.
• During your traineeship, you will develop your insights and leadership capabilities at an early stage to achieve your career aspirations.
• At the end of the program, based on readiness and performance, you will be assigned a final role in discussion with the Regional Manufacturing Organization from your host sites.

Requirements

• New graduates to Maximum 1 (one) year of working experience with energetic and positive vibe – who completed bachelor’ degree or higher degree in;
       o Engineering (Environment / Industrial / Chemical)
       o Logistics & Supply Chain
       o Chemistry
• High emotional intelligence, proactive, self-motivated, and possess innovative problem-solving capabilities
• Have analytical & logical & critical thinking skills with an excellent command of business in English.
• Be confident. Exhibit initiative and leadership in university/ extracurricular activities/ voluntary work. International exposure is a plus.
• Open to relocation on local and global level.
