Field Sales Representative
About this position
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on sales activities within a designated area, managing customer portfolios, and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Plan, executes and reports on sales activities in the assigned sales area.
• Manage a portfolio of customers, in designated area, to execute sales plan.
• Identify, plan and develop new customers in line with business development plans / targets.
• Monitors sales against targets on a regular basis to ensure they are met and where necessary the need for remedial actions are identified, report & Implemented.
• Identifies business opportunities, pinpoint and tries to resolve existing and / or potential problems and request support from the upper management.
• After-Sales support to customer.
• Visit customers through northern Thailand and some province in north-eastern as Ubon Ratchathani & Srisaket.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in any field.
• Minimum 2-5 years in Vehicle Refinishing, Lubricants, Automotive Parts or related products.
• Good presentation, negotiation, systematic thinking and positive attitude.
• Leadership skill is required.
• Able to travel to Northern / Northeastern.
