Customer Technical Service Manager
About this position
The Customer Technical Service Manager at AkzoNobel is responsible for leading and managing both long-term and short-term strategies to acquire new business and maintain existing customer relationships to achieve annual targets.
Responsibilities
• Support and drive the service in term of technology, product and service by alignment with global Akzo Nobel Powder practices to ensure consistency of global technical service offering.
• Lead on technical service to provide proactive and reactive to customers both current and new business include collaborate with internal for alignment on customer requirement.
• Complement and support sales and technical teams in the promotion and development of existing and new products to targeted accounts within Thailand region as directed by local powder businesses to grow existing and capture new accounts.
• Gets familiar with all the applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures with regards to personal conduct/HSE standards and acts in compliance with all their regulations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or science is required with exp in management for over 5 years.
• Experience within the surface coating industry, preferably powder coating is favorable.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels externally & internally.
• Good command in spoken and written English.
