Responsibilities
• Drive laboratory excellence by conduct a diverse range of technical projects, ensuring our laboratory operates at the highest standards of efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate across functions in Production, Sales & Marketing to provide essential technical support and fostering seamless collaboration on product development.
• Maintain quality assurance holding the integrity of quality system, ensuring all laboratory operations adhere to stringent standards and compliance requirements.
• Champion safety and environmental stewardship, actively implement and uphold our HSES plan, creating a safe and sustainable working environment for all.
• Master of formulation and data management utilizing SAP meticulously managing associated data.
• Mentor and develop on guide and support technicians in their daily tasks, fostering their professional growth and development.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Paints & Coating industries or a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent practical, analytical, and laboratory skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
