Sales Support Manager
About this position
The Sales Support Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales support strategies, managing product samples, and coordinating with the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
Responsibilities
• Develop proactive sales support plans
• Develop strategies to support sales team in achieving targets
• Design tools and resources to support sales activities
• Communicate essential information to sales team
• Systematically plan product sample distribution
• Manage sample distribution budget
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of sample distribution
• Coordinate with various departments in sample preparation
• Manage budget, plan printing and distribution of marketing materials
• Manage sales-related meetings
• Work with HRD to design training programs and develop sales team skills
• Solve sales obstacles, act as intermediary between sales team and office staff
• Track progress and performance of sales team and report to sales management
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales support
• Data management and analytical skills for sales planning
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Creative thinking and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills
