The Sales Data and Marketing Planning Manager is responsible for analyzing sales and marketing data, developing strategic plans, and managing data to support business growth.
Responsibilities
• Collect and analyze sales and marketing related data
• Create reports and present strategic insights to develop actionable sales and marketing plans that drive real results
• Develop sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with executives
• Propose product development approaches for market expansion
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance
• Collect various sales and marketing related data
• Work with IT department to store data in company's central database
• Provide data services to relevant departments
• Participate in developing data security policies
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years experience in data analysis, strategic planning, or data management
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, SQL, etc.
• Understanding of business, sales strategies, and marketing strategies
• Creative thinking and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills
