Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengevaluasi dan memastikan pelaksanaan SOP serta kepatuhan di seluruh departemen dalam perusahaan properti.
Responsibilities
• Melakukan evaluasi SOP, Internal Memo serta Form yang berjalan sesuai dengan peraturan best practice di industri properti
• Mengkoordinasikan terkait sosialisasi SOP baru secara berkala dengan masing masing Dep.Head
• Memastikan semua SOP terlaksana dengan sebaik - baiknya di masing departemen atau divisi terkait.
• Secara berkala mengontrol tikat kepatuhan terhadap SOP
• Mengefaluasi hasil Feed back dari laporan audit
• Mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi resiko - resiko dalam bisnis proses yang ada
Requirements
• Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Industri / Management Umum
• Pengalaman minimal 10 tahun di posisi yang sama atau 2 tahun di level Manager pada Perusahaan Property Developer
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan bahasa inggris baik pasif maupun aktif
• Diutamakan memiliki sertifikasi ISO, SIX SIGMA
