The Sales In House position in Manado involves selling houses, shops, and land according to company targets, actively seeking new customers, maintaining good customer relationships, marketing properties through various channels, and reporting customer lead progress.
Responsibilities
• Sell houses, shops, and land according to company targets
• Actively seek new customers and maintain good customer relationships
• Market properties through various social media and digital platforms
• Implement sales strategies via call-ins, walk-ins, flyering, canvassing, and property exhibitions
• Report progress of customer leads received
Requirements
• Minimum high school education
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Property Sales Agent
• Confidence, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Active use of social media (Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), understanding of digital property platforms (Rumah123, rumah.com, etc.), and digital marketing/online ads
• Willing to be placed in North Sulawesi
