The MEP Design Assistant Manager is responsible for designing MEP installations, calculating MEP systems, coordinating with clients, reviewing design drawings, and handling government permissions. They must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, design and calculation skills, proficiency in design software, and at least 7 years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities
• Designing MEP installation and Calculating MEP system from conceptual to drawings.
• Performing and repair issues with MEP systems, identify and propose solutions to ensure proper functionality.
• Join and coordination meeting with client for design requirements.
• Coordinate and review design drawings from subcontractors.
• Prepare and handle government permission.
• Coordinating with Design Team and other engineers
Requirements
• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Having Design and calculations skills in Electrical and Mechanical drawings
• Able to use design/drawing software and Computer skills (Auto CAD, Revit, Ms Office, etc.)
• Min. 7 years or more experience in general contractor/sub-contractor/design consultant
• Good communication skill in English (both oral and writing)
