About this position

The position requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory or coordinator role in residential development or construction companies. The candidate should have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing basics in housing projects. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project is preferred. The role may require working outside regular hours and days, and the location is in Manyar, Gresik.
