About this position

The Legal Officer is responsible for reviewing agreements, creating legal documents, and managing corporate legal records.

Responsibilities

• Have the ability to review agreements
• Have the ability to create permits, legal drafting, legal contracts
• Experience handling AJB / PPJB
• Prepare any legal documents or agreements as required from direct superior
• Filling & recording company legal documents, both in hardcopy and softcopy
• Manage the custody of legal corporate documents

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a notary office / legal corporate at a real estate company
• Familiar with or have used OSS websites
• Able to create and review legal documents
• Able to work under pressure
• Attention to details
