Sales Engineer/วิศวกรฝ่ายขาย
About this position
The Sales Engineer position involves building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new customers, and developing sales strategies to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
• To Build-up, maintain and develop good relationships with customer assess and customer needs(For existing&new customer)
• To Proactively identify new customers and develop a suitable customer approach
• To Developing sales strategy in order to retain a competitiveness in the market
• Coordinate/Communicate customer Exceptions
• To Handle customer's inquiries and complaint
• To explain and suggest the basic engineering information of brake to customers
• To Cooperate with other departments regarding all order processing to ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers
• To achieve or exceed the personal and commercial targets
• To Plan and execute sales activities in order to meet order intake, net sales and gross margin targets
• To Managing sales team in terms of team performance and individual KPI
• Coordination of Manufacturing Feasibility Statement
• Coordinate/Communicate customer Exceptions
• Customer APQP reports/updates and Sample request
• Coordinate CR RFQ’s in Regular Production
• Responsibility for Sales reports and Activities report to manager
• To do another work depend on Manager assign
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in sales; experience in Automotive, and Thailand/Oversea.
• Analyze business, market, trend and competitor.
• Achieve sales targets of company products and outcomes within schedule.
• Strong leadership, confident and mature personality with interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive behavior. /Honest/ Diligent/ Patient.
• Good communication in English in business level / Good Sales skill, service mind.
• Self-motivated with result oriented and can work under pressure.
