About this position

The Senior Maintenance position involves overseeing repair and maintenance activities to ensure facilities and utilities are operational and compliant with relevant standards.

Responsibilities

• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance to prevention breakdown.
• To manage preventive maintenance on plan.
• Contract to maintenance outside to repair and spare parts control.
• Organizing the repair and maintain facilities and utilities to ensure they are always ready for use.
• Other job as require from maintenance manager.
• Comply with ISO 9001, GHPs and ISO 14001 policy strictly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, administration or facility management.
• Minimum experience of 10 years in a supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics.
• Effective communication and people management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
