Jr. Performance Marketing
About this position
Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other online advertising platforms
• Develop creative briefs outlining campaign objectives, target audience, key messaging, and desired outcomes for each advertising platform
• Monitor and adjust campaign budgets, bids, optimization, and targeting to achieve marketing goals
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights and trends to make data-driven decisions
• Generate regular reports and work with the BI team to create/improve dashboards to measure performance
Requirements
• A bachelor's degree from a reputable university, majoring in engineering, economics, business, or marketing, is a plus
• 1-2 years of proven experience in managing Performance Marketing Campaigns
• Demonstrates a solid willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant tools for executing, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns
• Self-driven individual with a good sense of ownership & solid analytical thinking to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Experienced in setting up marketing measurement and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, and Firebase
• A passion for creativity and content ideation is a plus
