About this position

The SAP Specialist will lead workshops to gather business requirements, provide solutions, manage IT vendors, and develop specifications for SAP systems while collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fit-To-Standard or Requirements gathering workshops/discussions and assess, challenge, and document the business requirements.
• Provide alternatives and recommend a solution to support the business process.
• Manage IT Vendor for SAP in the design area, UAT, and Go-Live to success.
• Basic configuration in SAP system, develop add-on program specification according to the business process.
• Develop functional specifications for customizations and enhancements which include reports, data processing, load programs, and adjustment tools.
• Work closely with team members such as Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Accounting to build the ERP for all.
• Manage and coach the current team members to be able to deliver high-quality solutions to meet requirements and expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer engineering, Computer science, or Information Technology related field.
• Understand business processes and functional support related to SAP modules.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA such as Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance & Costing (FICO), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), etc.
• Must have worked on 1-2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation/roll-out projects for the SAP module including data migration and reconciliation.
• Knowledge or experience in SAP ABAP is a significant advantage.
• Previous experience with the implementation of SAP Manufacturing modules will be viewed as an advantage.
• At least 10 years of experience in application development, and supporting SAP.
• Good English communication both spoken and written.
• Availability to occasionally work at Chonburi (Factory Plants).
