About this position

The 5S Facilitator (Japanese Speaking) is responsible for developing and implementing the 5S program to enhance efficiency and organization within the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement the 5S program within the organization to improve efficiency and workplace organization.
• Coordinate with teams and other departments to support adherence to 5S principles.
• Prepare and present reports on 5S activities and performance.
• Provide training and guidance on 5S practices to employees.
• Communicate and coordinate with Japanese manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in 5S or Project Improvement.
• Good command in Japanese (JLPT N3 level up).
• Have Computer skill, MS office.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to solve problems and work as part of a team.
• Salary according to organizational structure and experience.
