About this position

The Head of Business Development & Strategy will be responsible for the organization's long-term strategy and growth, developing and implementing measures to achieve business objectives. This role requires familiarity with business operations, analytical thinking, and strong leadership and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Explore channels for new growth marketing opportunities, including both performance channels and other possibilities
• Formulate new business models and make strategic recommendations on how to best scale and expand new business opportunities
• Closely collaborate with cross-functional and local teams to develop new growth opportunities
• Build and manage a pipeline of business
• Build and manage new and existing partnerships
• Lead strategic business development and regional priorities across the region
• Negotiate commercial terms and drive contractual agreement process

Requirements

• Min 4 years hands-on experience in operations, strategy or project management is required
• Experience in Internet, E-commerce, Technology or Retail industry experience is a plus
• Experience in pipeline building through prospecting and outreaching to new customers and a strong track record in closing deals
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
