CAMO Officer
About this position
This role is a dual task which requires a methodical approach to ensure control and accuracy and contributes to the Airworthiness and safe completion of all maintenance activities, provide support for all items relating to Part M and 145 activities for the customers fleet of aircraft, combining engineering system skills with forward planning to ensure the smooth and safe maintenance operations. Assistant in Administrative works.
Responsibilities
The planning element relates to the following;
• Liaison with customers & representatives to collate accurate Flight Hours
• End to end project management, scheduling projects and coordinating with other parties for project completion.
• Understand and be able to customize the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) for the customer.
• Work closely with the customer and Airbus Technical Representative to manage the Maintenance Calendar and solve the project's issues.
• Ensure suitable spares and tools are available to carry out scheduled & unscheduled Maintenance
• Establish project management and ensure project completion according to the plan.
• Forecast spare parts for the upcoming maintenance activity for short-term and long-term
• Forecast schedule maintenance for short-term and long-term and create the hangar schedule.
• Partial Monitoring the aircraft status as per contract and forward maintenance forecast to customer and/or other relevant departments
The Technical Record element relates to the following;
• Updating of aircraft movement i.e. aircraft type, S/N, REGN, TSN, etc. accordingly in Aircraft
• Component movement record into the system.
• Preparation of aircraft work orders or work package accordingly.
• Verification of applicability of technical publications (i.e. AD/ASB/SB, etc.)
• Gather all records of completed work for trending and future usage.
• Ensure completion of work package upon work completion by the customer with appropriate signature, approval stamp, component part number, component serial number, component Goods Receiving Number (GRN); EASA Form One; OR FAA 8130 etc.
• Updating of relevant log books (i.e. aircraft log book, engine log book, etc.) upon receipt of technical log book and/or work completion.
• Liaise with customer on technical records issue i.e. Inspection check due, component status,
• Any others assigned works.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Aeronautical or appropriate field with equivalent
• Proficiency in MS office applications especially Excel
• Having experience Veryon Tracking+ maintenance software will be advantage
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• 1-3 years of related working experiences
• Energetic and abilities to present ideas, approach and objective clearly
• Equip with problem solving skills or be ready to anticipate when problem raise.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with others
