About this position
The Senior Executive, Marketing (Non-Flight Products) is responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy, development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns for ancillary products, ensuring alignment with AirAsia's overall strategy.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy, development, execution and optimization marketing campaigns for ancillary products.
• Develop marketing calendar and channel/distribution strategy by having end to end accountability of commercial delivery into market and work closely with regional/local integrated marketing team, social media, digital marketing and creative team to ensure ancillary products strategy is aligned to overall AirAsia.com Strategy.
• Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point.
• Work closely internally with the relevant team to establish channel strategy (external party).
• Using creative channels to maximize promotional opportunities for AirAsia in a cost-efficient manner, building a consistent level of “buzz” around the brand enhances the consumer purchase experience by developing and monitoring funnel strategy and conversion.
• Constantly engage with the Product team to enhance the user experience.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or any related field.
• Experiences in Marketing, Marketing Campaigns, Marketing Strategy for 3 years onwards.
• Understanding marketing trends and having passionate in airline business.
• Creating graphic design or artwork with creativity ideas according to Customer Intelligence (CI) of the company.
• Excellent at English and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity, working as a team and under pressure with limited time.
