About this position

We are looking for a Recruitment Support and People Operations Specialist to join our AirAsia SEA team. Working with us, there’s no micro management, no hiding behind fancy job titles. You are free to explore your own way of doing things with lots of guidance and plenty of support from talented, super-smart managers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with recruiters to complete hiring processes for both individual and bulk hiring on Workday, including background checks, medical checkup submissions, criminal checks, and related processes
• Validate offer initiation from recruiters to ensure accuracy and generate offers through Workday
• Prepare offline offers on a case-by-case basis as required
• Follow up with candidates on offer acceptance and validate document submissions to complete the hiring process
• Update the recruitment team on any offer rejections and candidate progress throughout the hiring process
• Respond to candidate and new hire inquiries via email and call, providing clear information about the recruitment process, onboarding steps, and relevant HR policies
• Validate candidate details and collaborate with the extended team to ensure efficient medical checks and doctor consultations.
• Maintain medical records, communicate with candidates, and address any pre-placement checkup issues
• Ensure all pre-placement medical checkups are renewed on schedule for new hires across domestic stations
• Plan and execute the pre-onboarding process for new joiners, preparing required materials for a smooth transition
• Execute offline processes for cases of sign-on bonuses, buyouts, and bulk hiring
• Complete any other ad-hoc requests related to hiring, covering both internal and external needs
• Strive for efficiency by ensuring processes are completed within the agreed SLA

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field of study with related experience in working in HR areas
• At least 2 -3 years of direct experience in working as a recruitment support, recruitment coordinator, people operation, or people support specialist in dynamic workplaces
• Knowledge and understand end-to-end recruitment, people operational support, people administrative tasks and related
• Strong communication, good interpersonal with persuasive and presentation skills
• Professional English Communication both written and verbal with negotiating skills
• Fast Learner with high responsibility, reliable, positive-thinking, and can-do attitude in a very dynamic workplaces
• Able to work at Don Mueang International Airport Office
