About this position

The Group Product Marketing Manager (International Routes) is responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy, development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, while managing the marketing calendar and budget.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to overall go-to-market strategy, development, execution and optimization marketing campaigns, manage marketing calendar, lead integrated marketing team and control budget i.e. social media, digital marketing and creative team.
• Maintain and develop relationships with external partners, including business partners and agencies, to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
• Manage the P&L for the total international business, focusing on revenue and margin optimization.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy and commercial plan to achieve the company's growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conducting feasibility studies for potential international route expansions.
• Initiate and maximize communication channels in a cost-efficient manner, creative thinking to consistently create voice of routes aligned with brand.
• Plan and control PAP spending both inbound and outbound market to ensure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategic goals and ensure successful execution of business initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, driving both outbound and inbound initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign result to achieve target performance.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in international business or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support regional initiatives and team engagement.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Understanding of international market trends, cultural differences, and consumer behavior.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in presenting to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
