Corporate Secretary Officer (Contract 1 year)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and prepare meetings
• Check the completeness of documents for submission for signature
• Make sure the completeness and accuracy of the content and translated documents for the company's annual report
• Manage various documents and file documents as assigned
• Be responsible for the booking of transportation for company directors and their families
• Prepare, and compile financial documents and evidence of payments
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in any related filed
• At least 1-2 years of experience in personal assistant, assistant executive to C-level, or secretary.
• Good command in English both written and verbal.
• Excellent in computer literacy; G-suite, MS Office and office stationary equipment.
• Can work under limited of time, flexi-hours, attention to details, and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
