แอร์ ลิควิด ก่อตั้งขึ้นในประเทศไทยมานานกว่า 30 ปี โดยมีโรงงานผลิตอยู่ในพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมต่างๆ การผลิตและจำหน่ายออกซิเจน ไนโตรเจน ไฮโดรเจน และก๊าซอื่นๆ อีกมาก คือ ธุรกิจหลักของเรา เรากำลังมองหาพนักงานเพื่อเข้าร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีมงานของเราในตำแหน่ง Business Development - Special Gases เพื่อพัฒนาธุรกิจและโซลูชันที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมก๊าซพิเศษให้กับลูกค้าหลากหลายกลุ่ม.
Responsibilities
• Understand the market potential and contribute to IM strategic plan
• Analyze market positions, and manage competitors’ database.
• Identify market trends, assist in evaluating growth potential by conducting market survey & studies, SWOT analysis etc..
• Assist in defining long term objectives, establishing strategy and development plans
• Execute the development plans, identify new business opportunities
• Close contacts with customers, industrial networks, government agencies, association, etc.
• Develop marketing activities: promotional materials, exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, forums, etc.
• Supports industry activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and whenever needed organises/participate to AL international or national events
• Understand customers’ needs and requirements, analyze and develop technical and commercial solutions (with project and engineering team) by knowing well their weaknesses, advantages and competition benchmarks.
• Facilitate internal decision making process by preparing executive summary and project note with technical approaches, main commercial terms and project economics. Clearly deliver project risks and opportunities to management for project selection, validation and offer approval.
• Delivery of proposals to customers, lead or participate in technical clarifications as well as commercial negotiation activities with the end results of reaching contractual agreements and signing of legal documents, including LOI, Memorandum of Understanding and Long Term Supply Agreements.
• Provide support to project execution and operations teams when necessary to ensure business continuity after contract signature.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• Experience in business development, sales or marketing in the industrial gas sector
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English and Thai, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel as required
