About this position

Quality Technical Engineer responsible for analyzing quality complaints data from the market, coordinating with relevant departments to solve problems, planning marketing activities, and confirming claim proportions from NG.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quality complaints data from the market and drive the quality objectives of the market department to success.
• Respond promptly to market complaints, coordinate with relevant departments on problem-solving methods, and monitor the progress of problem resolution.
• Plan marketing activities and monitor the progress of implementation.
• Confirm claim proportions from NG.

Requirements

• Age not exceeding 35 years old.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in automotive companies is a plus.
• No criminal record.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese.
