Responsibilities

• Set work policies, production planning, budgeting, and production duration
• Survey production processes, adjust and improve production plans
• Ensure overall work and safety of personnel in the production department
• Coordinate with relevant departments and external companies for smooth operations
• Control and ensure smooth production processes
• Prepare reports on production and present to management, customers, or relevant parties
• Prevent and resolve specific problems that may occur during production

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience in production planning and control
• Able to travel to work independently
• Able to work 6 days per week
