About this position
Responsibilities
• Designing integrated systems for robot spot welding, arc welding, and door edge wrapping robots.
• Carrying out robot teaching, path simulation, and path programming.
• Writing robot control programs, setting up interactions with PLC signals, and designing emergency stop interlocks.
• Designing robot and PLC communication, selecting robot hardware systems, loads and reachability.
• Setting up signal interactions between robots and welding machines and other welding equipment.
• Performing onsite robot fault maintenance.
• Adhering to and implementing the company's information security management system and requirements.
Requirements
• Graduated with a bachelor's degree in the field there is related.
• Have good expertise in using the PCL program.
• Proficiency in various office software including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheet management, database administration, and presentation design, which are crucial for efficient and effective office operations.
• Possession of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills that facilitate seamless interaction and collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders. This includes both written and verbal communication, and the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
• Familiarity with welding production processes and various vehicle configurations, encompassing a deep understanding of different welding techniques, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and knowledge of different vehicle types and their specific configurations.
