Urgent! HR Officer (Employee Relations)
About this position
The HR Officer (Employee Relations) is responsible for ensuring effective communication between the company and its staff, coordinating employee relations programs, and managing various activities to promote a positive working environment.
Responsibilities
• Ensure that company message reach staff at all channel - updated at announcement board at all sites
• Attend Welfare Committee meeting and coordinate to carry out related activities
• Set up election when committees term completed – welfare, provident fund committee
• Carry out the company's employee relations programs e.g. Songkran festival, annual merit making, birthday party, staff party, Reading Corner etc. to promote good working atmosphere and relationship between management team and staff at all levels
• Communicate and coordinate with club chairman in all club activities including expenses reimbursement
• Make transportation and accommodation booking for Aibel staff activity related to training and employee relation activities
Requirements
• Bachelor or master degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Employee relations
• Strong knowledge in MS office (Excel)
• SAP knowledge is advantage
• Good communication skills in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
