About this position

We are hiring a Security Supervisor for our location in Maptaphut, Rayong. The role involves overseeing security systems, ensuring compliance with HSSE regulations, and managing personnel.

Responsibilities

• Control security access control system.
• Control all site CCTV systems.
• Control and maintain all yard perimeter fencing and access points.
• Follow up HSSE management system.
• To comply with relevant HSSE laws, regulations and others requirements.
• Observe and ensure that security system are followed on all ATH sites.
• Manage and Control access control system at all ATH sites.
• Support all activities that are set up to protect and to control incident/accident in all construction areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by HSSE Manager or HSSE Director.
• Monitor the inspection of all vehicles, material and persons going in and out of all sites and car parks.
• Plan and inspect all security equipment to ensure efficiency and workable condition.
• Follow up HSSE program requirements.
• Develop and update the Emergency Response and Security procedure.
• Assist in inspection of all equipment that is mobilized to the construction area.
• Develop training plans and exercise for security personnel and their supervision.
• Ensure security measures/system/supervision are professionally administered.
• Establishes emergency response and prevention plans and ensuring adherence to internal and local security guidance and regulations.
• Keep own personnel regularly informed of the company's activities and seek such information.
• Give own personnel updated job descriptions when necessary which clearly define their areas of responsibility and check that their responsibilities are being discharged.
• Establish and keep own personnel informed of developments and goals.
• Ensure that responsibility for personnel is discharged in accordance with the company's management principles.
• Advise the personnel under supervision how to handle complaint and conflict.
• Provide criticism, but also provide recognition when work has been executed in a good manner.
• Provide own personnel's work criticism or personnel circumstances in a relevant, positive form and must not be given in the presence of others.
• Reports to superior on security status and anticipate critical activities which might have an effect on project/job execution.
• Responsible for drug testing, drug use awareness and drug use investigation.

Requirements

• Previous law enforcement, security position or military security beneficial.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Security Field.
• Computer literacy on MS office.
• Good communication skills in Thai and English: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Thai law and enforcement and ISPS requirements.
• Risk Management System.
• Audit Management System.
• Emergency Preparedness, security procedures and first aid.
