About this position

The Quality Assurance Engineer Staff position involves responding to customer quality issues, supporting new model projects, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Response to customers quality problem and collect all necessary and concern information.
• Support new model project.
• Analyse 8D report of defective products then submit to customer (include customer system).
• Support on customer visit activity (improvement activity, annual audit, etc.).
• Support quality management system IATF16949/ISO9001.
• Response data support IMDS/SoC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience 2-5 years in automotive industrial.
• Good computer skill (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook).
• Experience IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO45001.
• Good command in English (Spoken, Written, Reading).
• Good personality and relationship.
