Performance Management Assistant Manager
About this position
The Performance Management Assistant Manager is responsible for developing corporate scorecards, overseeing performance management processes, and ensuring alignment of employee performance with corporate targets and KPIs.
Responsibilities
• Develop and determined corporate scorecard to be used as a scorecard for each business unit.
• Control and ensure the review and evaluation process of performance management in all businesses in the corporate.
• Monitor and control the productivity of the corporate, and also ensure that employee performance are in line with the achievement of the corporate targets and the corporate's KPI.
• Manage performance management team & cooperate with another HR role, and all related divisions for the implementation of regular performance reviews in each business unit annually.
• Evaluate employee performance achievements against the predetermined targets (performance appraisal) annually.
• To cascade corporate strategic goals into business unit targets, as well as determining KPI's and targets to be achieved in each business units.
Requirements
• Held Bachelor Degree majoring System Information/Human Resources Management/ Psychology/ Industrial Engineering
• Possess working experience as Performance Management in Property Developer company for at least 5 years
• Experience in implementing Balance Scorecard into the corporate strategy for employee performances in a group of companies and each business units.
• Experience in monitoring KPI's top-down cascading structures for each employee based on every job capacity in each level/ grades
• Possess strong analytical skill, good leadership style, and possess pleasant personality with excellent communication skill to provide good relationship with all related divisions
• Candidate should be willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
