About this position

AMANTARA by Agung Sedayu Group are currently seeking a highly motivated and innovative Digital Creative Supervisor to lead our creative team. Digital Creative Supervisor will oversee the ideation, creation, and execution of digital assets, ensuring alignment with our brand and marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee digital creative strategies that support marketing initiatives, ensuring creative consistency and brand integrity.
• Manage the end-to-end creative process for digital projects, including social media content, web design, digital advertisements, email marketing, and video production.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns and content, using data-driven insights to improve future creative efforts.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and creative techniques to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital, marketing, or creative roles.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), digital tools, and content management systems (CMS).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, display ads, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
