System and Procedure Officer
About this position
The System and Procedure Officer is responsible for developing SOPs, Work Guidelines, and Forms to enhance the business unit's control system. They also conduct internal audits of management systems and support external audits to ensure each business entity has Quality Management System certification. Regular reporting to the Head of System and Procedure Section is also part of the role.
Responsibilities
• Develop SOPs, Work Guidelines, and Forms to enhance the business unit's control system.
• Conduct internal audits of management systems to improve the business unit's control system.
• Support external audits of management systems to ensure each business entity has Quality Management System certification.
• Provide regular reports to the Head of System and Procedure Section.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Proficient in presentation skills, confident, and have strong interpersonal communication abilities.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Fresh graduates are preferred.
