The Structure & Architectural Inspector position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 3-5 years of experience as a Structure Inspector/Finishing Inspector, proficiency in BOQ calculation methods, Microsoft Office, AutoCad, and willingness to be placed in BATAM.
Responsibilities
• Supervising civil structure and finishing work for Landed Housing construction according to schedule and set quality.
• Implementing work based on time schedule, work methods, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Planning, directing, and controlling project activities to achieve targets.
• Creating periodic progress reports on field work implementation and progress.
• Controlling material acceptance in the field and coordinating intensively with consultants and contractors.
• Implementing management policies and instructions.
• Understanding MEP work, K3, and being able to conduct surveys and use surveying tools.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Structure Inspector/Finishing Inspector.
• Proficiency in BOQ calculation methods, able to create and analyze RAB and RAP calculations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and AutoCad.
• Willingness to be placed in BATAM.
