About this position

Sales Executive position requiring a minimum of a Diploma III degree, 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in selling properties, and the ability to adapt easily and maintain a high level of enthusiasm to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Mengolah data konsumen, melakukan presentasi dan closing penjualan.
• Menjaga hubungan yang baik terhadap konsumen dan terus aktif membangun database.
• Membantu pengaturan proses administrasi dokumen dari konsumen dengan Tim Sales Administrasi.
• Membuat laporan penjualan secara berkala kepada Head of Sales Department.

Requirements

• Pendidikan minimal Diploma III dari semua Program Studi.
• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Sales Eksekutif terutama menjual properti.
• Memiliki database konsumen yang aktif, spesifik, dan selalu diperbarui.
• Mudah beradaptasi, memiliki kemauan belajar, dan memiliki semangat yang tinggi untuk mencapai target.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Tenjo, Jawa Barat.
