Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for head office and project roles.

• Mentor and lead the recruitment team to meet hiring goals.
• Build strong partnerships with job boards, universities, and recruitment partners.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
• 3-5 years of recruitment and branding experience.
• Proven track record in employer branding initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
