General Affairs Officer
About this position
The General Affairs Officer is responsible for managing office assets, scheduling maintenance, coordinating company vehicles, handling vendor payments, and providing periodic reports to the Head of General Affairs Department.
Responsibilities
• Managing office assets/inventory records.
• Scheduling maintenance for office inventory.
• Coordinating the use of company operational vehicles.
• Handling vendor invoice payments as needed by the General Affairs Department.
• Providing periodic reports on work progress and challenges faced to the Head of General Affairs Department.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a General Affairs Staff.
• Proficient in computer operations, especially Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong skills in managing administration and data analysis.
• Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to be placed at the Agung Podomoro project in the Tenjo area, Bogor Regency.
