Construction Manager
About this position
Construction Manager position requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least 4 years of experience in construction management, and knowledge of project management, financial management, construction processes, safety regulations, and procurement. The role involves planning, coordinating, and leading construction projects.
Responsibilities
• Develop construction schedules to ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline constraints.
• Coordinate project activities with relevant parties such as consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Plan and control project costs in alignment with the Project Manager's directives.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality specifications and designs.
• Ensure construction activities adhere to safety and health regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation for operational decision-making and financial audits.
• Address inquiries and complaints related to construction activities professionally.
• Verify accuracy of As Built Drawings with on-site implementation.
• Review completeness and accuracy of Handover Certificates.
• Actively participate in employee recruitment, training, and team development.
• Provide regular project progress reports to support effective business decision-making.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Construction Manager or Site Manager in township development/landed housing projects.
• Knowledge of project management, financial management, construction processes, safety regulations, and procurement.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate effectively.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work on projects in Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
