About this position

Construction Manager position requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least 4 years of experience in construction management, and knowledge of project management, financial management, construction processes, safety regulations, and procurement. The role involves planning, organizing, coordinating work effectively, leading teams, making sharp decisions, and being willing to work on specific projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction schedules with the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline constraints.
• Coordinate project activities with relevant parties such as consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Plan and control project costs in collaboration with the Engineering Manager and Quantity Surveyor Manager.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure construction results meet quality specifications and designs.
• Ensure construction activities comply with safety, health, and cleanliness regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation for operational decision-making and financial audits.
• Handle inquiries and complaints related to construction activities professionally.
• Verify the accuracy of As Built Drawings.
• Review completeness and accuracy of Handover Reports.
• Actively participate in employee recruitment, training, and team development.
• Provide regular project progress reports to support effective business decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Construction Manager or Site Manager roles in township development/landed housing projects.
• Knowledge of project management, financial management, construction processes, safety regulations, and procurement.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work effectively.
• Leadership skills and sharp decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to work on projects in specific locations.
