Casual Leasing Officer position requires a minimum of Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of experience in the same field, good communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in computer operations (Ms. Office).
Responsibilities
• Manage the leasing process, including creating Letter of Offer (LOO), leasing report, and submitting unit prices and targets to Management.
• Monitor and supervise leasing activities, including rental areas, transfer or termination of tenant leasing rights, and execution of exhibitions and events.
• Build good working relationships with potential tenants, tenants, Event Organizers (EO), and other business partners.
• Manage and update the database of potential renters, exhibitors, and EOs, as well as prepare operational reports on Casual Leasing activities.
• Coordinate with other relevant departments to ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and smooth operation of rental areas.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in the same field.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in computer operations (Ms. Office).
