Advertising and Promotion Manager
About this position
The Advertising and Promotion Manager is responsible for developing and executing advertising and promotional plans to support the company's marketing objectives, collaborating with teams and agencies, and managing budgets effectively.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive advertising and promotional plans to support the marketing objectives of the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
• Evaluate the performance of advertising and promotional activities and make recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Direct report to Marketing General Manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Visual Communication Design, or a related field studies.
• Proven experience in advertising, promotions, or marketing roles, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
• Willing to work at Cimanggis, Bogor, West Java.
